Facility Specialist
The Facility Specialist is a skilled professional building maintenance technician with the ability to perform a wide variety of general facility repairs, from basic whiteboard and keyboard tray installations to electrical, plumbing and cubicle ergonomics.
Outside Sales
Responsible for consistently generating revenue, the Outside Sales represents Service by Medallion out in the market place. Outside Sales are responsible for managing the complete full sales cycle including cold calling, personal sales, email campaigns, creating proposals and sales presentations to meet RFP requirements, and closing sales. Service by Medallion is looking for Sales professionals experienced in the building maintenance industry.
Account Manager
The Account Manager serves as a Company representative that oversees an assigned portfolio of accounts. The Account Manager administers daily operations in the assigned portfolio and ensures that the quality inspections program for the site is being performed per the client specifications. Account Managers have P&L responsibility.
Night Operations Manager
The Night Operations Manager assists Regional Directors in overseeing night operations and ensuring its compliance with Service by Medallion quality standards. This position administers various safety and training programs geared at providing a consistent and outstanding level of service to our clients.
Site Manager
The Site Manager oversees operations at a specific site and serves as the main liaison between the client and Service by Medallion. This position oversees the daily activity at the assigned account, ensuring that all quality standards and customer satisfaction are met safely and efficiently.
Evening Supervisor
The Route Supervisor assists the District Manager in overseeing the night operations at the various buildings assigned to a route. Supervisors oversee daily cleaning activities ensuring that all quality standards are met by making personal rounds and guarantying that subordinates respond promptly, safely and efficiently to all service requests.
Utility
Utility personnel are experts at performing highly specialized cleaning tasks in the areas of windows, carpets, floors, high dusting, Cleanroom, ESD wax, buffing, stone care and other related cleaning tasks.
Day Porter
The Day Porter is a highly versatile person that performs day cleaning tasks and conducts other duties as directed by a supervisor or a client. Day Porters are fluent in English.
Janitor
Janitors carry out professional cleaning duties at different types of commercial buildings including multi-tenant, manufacturing, corporate campus, high rise office, Cleanrooms and others.
