Corporate Real Estate Leadership
Medallion actively supports CoreNet Global and its Northern California chapter through executive participation, thought leadership, industry programming, and ongoing engagement with the corporate real estate community. Our leadership team regularly participates in chapter meetings and events, contributing perspectives on workplace strategy, artificial intelligence, automation, sustainability, and employee experience.
Medallion’s Head of Corporate Development & Strategy serves as Co-Chair of the Northern California Communications Strategy Committee, helping shape industry dialogue and thought leadership across the chapter.
Facility Services Innovation
Medallion actively participates in ISSA initiatives focused on technology, innovation, and sustainability, helping evaluate emerging technologies and advance more intelligent, measurable facility operations.
Our Corporate Development & Strategy division also contributes through leadership roles on ISSA committees and participation in the ISSA Innovation Experience, evaluating emerging products and technologies that improve safety, sustainability, productivity, and operational performance.

Medallion’s executive team brings decades of leadership experience spanning facility services, industrial automation, workplace operations, sustainability, and connected technologies. This cross-industry perspective helps bridge traditional facility services with automation, robotics, digital workflows, and data-driven operations to create smarter, more resilient workplaces.
That expertise includes the leadership of Prabhu Soundarrajan, Medallion’s Head of Corporate Development & Strategy, who served as the 2024 President and Chairman of the International Society of Automation (ISA). His leadership within one of the world’s foremost automation organizations helps inform Medallion’s approach to technology-enabled facility services and operational innovation.
